A corporate attorney at the time, Jerrod Smith founded Shotwell Candy in his home kitchen in 2012. Working at nights while his family slept, Jerrod created his caramel recipes, hand-cut and hand-wrapped each caramel, and packaged them all for his growing group of customers.
